Our official selection for the 4th edition is composed by films (feature films and documentary) of 2005-2006 productions and directors with no more than 4 films done.

The Festival has a 3 years story in which its own growth has been amazingly representative of it´s quality and acceptance for the mexican audience. In the first year we had over 55,000 people and we had over 170 films and in the last edition (february 2006) we received more than 78,000 people and 270 films. With this Mexico City International Film Festival is the most important of its kind in Mexico and its gaining its own space among the international film festivals around the globe.
