	Festival Overview
Mission	The Continental Drift International Short Film Festival provides an annual showcase for independent short films from around the world. Hosted in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, the festival provides the Atlantic Canadian audience exposure to exciting contemporary films to which they would otherwise have limited access. It strives to present the works of new and less-exhibited filmmakers from around the world to a North American audience.
History	The festival started in September, 2004. In that short time it has grown from two days to three days of screenings, including screenings dedicated to children's and youth films.
