| Eligibility | Every audiovisual producer all over the word is able to participate. The minimm length of the short film will be of one minute and the maximum of 25 minutes. |

| Mission | The purpose of the festival is to promote the film culture in the south of the country, and provide a forum for cinematographic exhibitions. The festival is looking to create a point of contact between audiovisual producers, specialists, and evryone else interested in the film industry. |
| History | The festival started the last year on October 18th with more than 2500 attendees.The short films awards, went to Argentine, Spain and Mexico. Now we are in the Second Edition from the 3rd to the 7th of October 2007 |
